What is your position on the federal sparying operations of upper atmosphere currently ongoing over baltimore area? Will you ask Congressman Harris who chairs the DOE and Space & Science committee who has charge of these projects his position on theses projects? Will you ask him if the Geoengineering projects funded by the fereral government is approved for out of the lab experiments on the public?
